exactly!! so nida u mean that on the beaches where people wear bikinis they are all bound to be harassed?…i thinkn its not about how u dress. Women whi wear abayas(burkhas) are harrased as much as girls wearing crop-tops. Not to forget about poor little girls who are raped at the age of 8 and 9 who dnt even have knowldege about sex! how can u explain this
