Dry fruit chocolate are not only easy to make but also make for a healthier alternative to those calories laden sweets. All that you have to do is sugar coat the nuts in a layer of milk or dark chocolate of your choice. But obviously, you won’t have the time to do it by yourselves at your wedding, so why not hire a chocolatier to do it for you.

Delicious and pretty, these bite-sized cookies will surely make your guests forget all about sweets when they behold these beauties. Get your chocolatier to make the cookies in interesting shapes such as stars, moons, hearts etc. You can even choose from a range of flavors such as strawberry, orange, chocolate chips or coconut flavors to tickle your taste buds and impress your guests. You can always pair your cookies with shots of milk to swallow it all down.

This is another interesting twist to the traditional mithai routine. Brownies, marshmallows and fruits gel really well with chocolate fondue. Aim to make the bites as small as possible.
