She is the mom whose picture is stuck on every wall of Maharashtra. A Durga idol with a golden crown, a trishul in her hand, resting on a lion and a map of India standing behind her as a proud spectator.

  • Mother Mary:

Mother Mary, the Saint Mary, the Virgin Mary and also known as the Madonna, she is a peaceful mom and the picture in which she is clutching baby Jesus to her bosom, radiates peace.

 

  • Mother Teresa

One of my favorite moms, this kind woman devoted her life to helping the poor and serving the destitute.

The Hindu mythology speaks about worshiping Cows. After Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister, devotees of Gau Mata has substantially increased. It is worth pondering upon why a controversial statement on Cows can cause quite a stir in the whole country.
